• Consultancy and follow-up in preparatory or investigative proceedings as well as public civil inquiries or proceedings by the Public Prosecution Service, also participating in the negotiation and subsequent checking of compliance with the conduct adjustment agreements;
• Consultancy and participation in trade union negotiations aimed at implementing arbitration decisions to solve conflicts in labor relations;
• Legal advice to Human Resources (HR) departments of companies to prevent employment risks.
